Lindsay's Linens Return Policy for
Personalized Baby Blankets: Due to the personalization of the blankets,
our return policy is limited. If there is a defect in the blanket itself
or a mistake in the embroidering on our part (i.e. we misspell something
from a correct order form), the blanket may be returned or replaced. However,
if an error is made in the process of ordering by the customer (i.e. misspelled
or omitted items), we regret that a refund will not be made. If at all
possible, we can try to correct the embroidering, for a fee. The fee charged
will be according to the size of the error and additional mailing costs.
Therefore, please carefully double-check the information you submit on
the order form.
